Description
The microPC is a small footprint PC, designed to provide maximum power with minimum size, cost and noise!
It can be used for a number of applications, including:
- Standard desktop PC
- Video media centre
- Streaming audio (MP3) server
- Home network data store
We use a custom version of our microPCs for the iwsBackup product. The platform has proved itself over thousands of hours uptime.
Features
- Low power usage, allowing it to be left on at all times (typically 25watts with one disk)
- Fanless option available, making it completely silent
- Resilient boot from CF card into custom Debian system
- Or, simply run windows from the built in HDD
