Support Services

Imhotek provide support services for small to medium businesses. Typically, we will visit to carry out an initial systems review, which will give you details of which areas of your IT systems need attention. Should you decide to take things further, we will work out a support schedule with you, which matches your needs and budget.

For small to medium companies, we would normally spend one day a month on site, carrying out IT tasks, and fixing any issues that you may have. Extra time may be spent on specific projects. Whilst not on site, you can contact us via e-mail or telephone for urgent support needs.

System Health check

The Imhotek System Health Check provides you with a snapshot review of your current system, a report recommending any changes necessary to improve performance or reliability issues and a report detailing any additional measures we feel could be of benefit.

Internet connectivity

Many companies require a connection to the Internet. Imhotek manages a variety of servers at various locations around the world, providing Internet services for ourselves and our customers. Over the years we have built up a wealth of experience in all aspects of Internet services, including: To facilitate these services we configure and manage all equipment such as the routers, hubs, and switches which are essential to these services. If you have a connectivity issue, we may be able to help resolve it by using one of our existing services. Alternatively, we can install, configure and manage all equipment such as switches, routers, VPNs, firewalls and internet servers to your requirements.
